How to monitor player events

Keep track of everything is happening to your player at the exact same time it happens. Each time your player connects to the WiFi, all player updates will be reported on Player events.

  1. On your OnSign TV account, click on “Players” tab at the top of the page and select a device.

  3. On the loaded page, the "Player Events" box is right under Player Status header. It will display all player’s activities, such as connecting to the internet, downloading files and synchronizing campaigns, files and rules. This kind of information will be exhibited in blue, whereas all errors will be in red and warnings in yellow.

  5. You can filter events by selecting an option at the header.

  7. Remove the highlight from the text by clicking on “Mark as Read” button.
