How to monitor Player events

Keep track of everything happening to your Player at the exact same time it is happening. Each time your Player connects to the Wi-Fi, all Player updates will be reported in a Player events overview.

  1. In your OnSign TV account, click on the “Players” tab at the left of the page and select a device. 1. find player
  2. On the new page, the "Player Events" box will be the on the first page you will see, right under the Player Status header. It will display all activities of the Player, such as connecting to the internet, downloading files and synchronizing Campaigns, files and rules. This kind of information will be exhibited in blue, whereas all errors will be in red and warnings in yellow. 2. Player Events
  3. You can filter events by selecting an option from the header "Show all Events". 3. filter player events
  4. Remove the notification boldness of the text by clicking the “Mark as Read” button on the top-right. 4. Mark as read
