In case you notice a mistake in an already published Campaign, you can click on "Pause Campaign" so it won’t be displayed in any Player while you're on it. In the meantime, you can correct it.
- Click on “Publish” under the targeted Campaign in your OnSign TV account.
- Click the yellow “Pause Campaign” button on top of the Players list. Note, this will pause the Campaign on all Players.
- Confirm you want to stop playing the Campaign.
- The Campaign is currently not playing anywhere.
As soon as you have corrected the mistake or make the changes needed, you can come back to the same page and click on “Resume Campaign”.
