Replace an existing player

Replacing a player is often required either for upgrades or replacing a bad unit. Here is the process to replace an existing player:
  1. Get your new player hardware ready, make sure it is connected to the internet and open OnSign TV
  2. Log into your account
  3. Click on the player you would like to replace
  4. Click on settings
  5. Click on the Change Device Button on the top right side
  6. Enter the code presented on the new player
Done! The old player will be disconnected and the new player will immediately start downloading and synchronizing the content and settings.
