Set email alerts for player errors

Setup email alerts in your account if you want to keep aware of any problem going on with your players:

  1. Click on your username at the top-right of your OnSign TV account. Hit then “Settings” at the drop-down menu.

  3. Select “Email Notifications” at the sidebar menu.

  5. Check “When there might be something wrong with a player”. You will receive a email as soon as OnSign TV detects any problem with your player, whether it is a broken video or a fail playing the published campaigns.

  7. Hit “Save”.
