The much talked about ISE 2025 (Integrated Systems Europe) will return to Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from February 4th to 7th. Last year, Integrated Systems Europe drew just under 74,000 unique attendees. This year, the estimation is in the range of 80,000-85,000. Depending on your preferences, there is a lot of free and paid content available.
ISE 2025 will be a bigger than last year, with a 20% larger floor show. The event will have seven dedicated Technology Zones. These include Audio, AV Broadcast, Digital Signage & DOOH, Lighting & Staging, Multi-Technology, Residential & Smart Building, and Unified Communications & Education Technology.

Opening times & booking your stay
ISE 2025 will be open Tuesday to Thursday between 10:00-18:00, and on Friday between 10:00-16:00. Early entry is available, as Halls 1, 2, 3, 8.0 (Audio Demo Rooms) and the Upper Walkway will open at 09:00 on each of the four days of the event.

ISE is once again running free shuttle buses between Fira and Plaça Espanya. From 09:00 to 12:00, they will run from Plaça Espanya to the Fira’s North Access. And from 16:00 to 20:00 (14:00 to 18:00 on Friday), from the North and South Accesses back to Plaça Espanya.
Event opening and keynotes
ISE 2025 will act as a platform for key individuals in our industry to discuss, educate, and highlight cutting edge technology and data. Brian Solis, a globally acclaimed digital analyst, author, and visionary, will take the stage on Tuesday for the Opening Keynote to kick off the event. This free-to-attend event will explore the tech development driven by AI, as well as the opportunities and challenges the industry faces.
Celebrated for his pioneering fusion of technology and art, multimedia artist Quayola will give a Creative Keynote presentation on Wednesday, providing an insight into his groundbreaking projects, such as the mesmerising “Arborescent” projection mapping experience on Casa Batlló. It will take place on the 1st and 2nd February right before the 2025 edition of ISE kicks off in Barcelona.
Live Events Stage
This year, ISE is introducing the all-new Live Events Stage. It will offer attendees the chance to see new technologies in action. The Live Events Stage is an evolution from the Live Events Summit, which ran at ISE for three years. It’s located in Hall 6, in the Lighting & Staging zone. Organized by TPi Magazine and hosted by its Editor, Stew Hume, it will take place from Tuesday to Thursday. Read more about the schedule of the event for all the details.
Prepare for tech tours
Across the entire week of ISE 2025, tours will take visitors behind the scenes of major AV installations in Barcelona. Read more about each individual tour and apply directly online.
Tours will cover many different aspects of the industry. For example, visit the Barcelona Drone Center and learn more about drone research, testing, and innovation. Another example is the Barça Immersive Tour, home to the largest immersive room in any European sports museum. There are also other upcoming opportunities to learn about AI, telecommunications, and more. Content Programme
The ISE 2025 Content Programme will consist of an extensive series of summits focusing on major sectors of the market. For example, explore the Investor Forum to discover the potential of the AV sector for the future. The Smart Home Technology Conference will delve into various topics within the context of home technology integration. The Digital Signage Summit will talk about AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability. These are only a few mentions.
A new addition for ISE, Tracks will complement the Summit programme by providing expert sessions on five industry megatrends and topics, including AI, Audio, Cybersecurity, Retail, and Sustainability.
